WRITING - UNIT 8

Dear Editor

I am writing to express my concern about an advert which appeared on page 19 of you magazine last week. I think this announcement is not quite true.
The advert said the hair cream and shampoo brand SEDAL is ideal for all hair types and a woman with curly hair to perfection appeared in the ad and unfortunately this is not true because the cream does not make that kind of curls, the curls of the girl in the advert curls are made of curlers and a professional stylist.
Furthermore, the advert uses false information to sell the products because the cream for hair is bad because it leaves your hair very greasy and tends to dandruff.
The SEDAL Pruducts not offer much efficiency in service, I would not recommend it especially for women of greasy hair.
I like reading your journal ads recommended but this time I would not recommend these products and are not suitable for all hair types, in spite that the advert says otherwise.

Best Regards

Maryori Perez

MOVIE: The Name of the Rose (Critical comment)

The film The Name of the Rose begins when a death in a monastery. To investigate the Inquisition sent a man named William and his assistant, Adso. While the two are investigating other deaths continue to occur and this causes the monks begin to alter and deaths attributed to various prophecies concerning the devil, and that all the dead appear with the same characteristics: The Black tongue, ink stains fingers all deaths have been in the library.

Opinion :I have not finished watching the movie but what little I saw it seemed interesting to me I do not really like this kind of movies where people appear dead but it is curious to see how it develops the life of the monks a lifetime of sacrifice, punishment for themselves (self-flagellation), all of that by worshiping the Lord, but in my opinion they was so focused on countless constumbres they  deviate from the true aim that is pleasing to the Lord at all times with our actions .
